Description

Are you our next Team Member? We are currently seeking an HR Generalist at our Belle Plaine, SK location. This person will provide HR consultative and business focused services to People Leaders and employees, which will include employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee orientation, training and development, regulatory compliance, policy/procedure administration, change management, succession planning, employee health and safety, and day-to-day HR support.

What is required for this role?
* High School Diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred with a major in Human Resources.
* 3+ years of human resources experience, including experience with employee relations issues, regulatory compliance, policy administration and employee engagement.
* Candidates without a degree, 6+ years of relevant HR experience is required.
* CHRP or CHRP candidate preferred.
* Must have working knowledge of the Saskatchewan Labour Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, Saskatchewan Human Rights Code.
* Business partnering, strategic planning and consultative, project management skills.
* Understanding of consultative HR, HR operating principles, internal and external customer needs, and continuous improvement.
* Experience with PeopleFluent and HRIS systems preferred.
* Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaics pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.
* Must be authorized to work in Canada.
