Basic Responsibilities:
-Preparation of material including but not limited to, grit blasting, cutting bar stock with chop saw and preparation for paint
-Assisting with shipping process including custom building pallets and crates to protect parts during shipment to valued customers around the world
-Assisting machinists in loading and unloading parts from manufacturing machines
-Assisting with continuous improvement projects under the direction of the work cell team leader
-Documentation of work completed
-Autonomous maintenance of equipment as per daily check lists
This position is ideal for a self-motivated, industrious individual looking for an entry level position with excellent opportunities for career growth.
Successful applicants must have a proven track record of reliability in addition to experience operating a forklift. Proven mechanical apptitude will be considered an asset.
