Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Maintenance, the Journeyperson Carpenter applies technical expertise in conjunction with other Maintenance Branch team members, in the inspection, maintenance, repair and installation of building materials within the school system.
The successful candidate will have a Grade 12 plus a Saskatchewan accepted Journeymans status in the Carpenter trade. A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, preferably in building construction is required. All applicants should have a basic knowledge of computers and software programs. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.
