Facility:  Kipling Health Centre

Job Summary:
Provides reception/clerical support to departments/programs including medical transcription.

Experience:
Previous: Twelve (12) months previous experience in an office environment

Required Qualifications:
-     Medical Specialty Certificate
-    Office Education Certificate

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to work independently
- Communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Advanced keyboarding skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills

No guaranteed hours.  Must be avilable a minimum of two (2) days per week.  Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats & holidays.

** Conditional Hire:  If there are no qualified applicants (Office Education Certificate & Medical Specialty Certificate) the sucessful incumbent will have one year from commencement to complete the Medical Specialty Certificate (must currently hold an Office Education Certificate).  
Provides clinic assistance, as well as office administration duties.
