Job Description:
As Senior Payroll Specialist, you will take a lead role in the establishment and growth of our Canadian payroll processing service.  You will liaise with our onsite team of client services professionals while working closely with our US-based payroll & benefits administration service partner.  We are seeking an experienced subject matter expert who is well versed in the processing of complex payrolls, benefits administration and tax filing across Canadian jurisdictions.

Job Requirements:
Requires at least 3 years experience in Payroll/Benefits Administration, with a minimum of 2 years Canadian payroll processing experience
Bachelors degree or certification in related fields preferred
Must have demonstrated knowledge of Canadian payroll laws, tax regulations, benefits processing, government payroll filings and basic human resources regulations
Assist with the transition for new payroll clients
Assist with training new payroll clients on our Vibe HCM system
Provide front-line support for Canadian payroll service
Ability to collaborate well in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills (phone and in person)
Excellent organizational skills
Willingness to travel from time-to-time
Fluently bilingual would be an asset
