Smitty's in the Mall at Lawson Heights requires a full time supervisor to work days/nights and weekends. The successful applicant should have 1 to 2 years of restaurant experience. Administrative and Supervisory Experience
- Supervise staff
- Perform opening and closing activities
- Inspect food and beverage serving areas
- Balance and deposit cash
Business Equipment
- Electronic cash register
Host/Hostess Specific Skills
- Set tables and assist with removal of tableware
- Resolve customers' complaints
- Receive customers' reservations and assign tables
- Receive payments from customers
- Greet and seat customers
- Attend to customers with special needs
- Attend to seating arrangements for large groups
- Assist food and beverage servers when required
- Answer customers' questions regarding menu items and preparation methods
