Prairie Valley School Division delivers educational services to over 8000 students in 39 schools throughout southeast Saskatchewan. We have an opportunity to join our team of professionals at the Education Centre, located in the R.M. of Sherwood just outside Regina City limits.

Applications are now being accepted for the position of permanent, full time Journeyman Mechanic, commencing as soon as possible.  The responsibilities of this position are repairing, performing preventative maintenance, servicing, and completing safety inspections to PVSD vehicles.  PVSD operates a fleet of approximately 240 school buses and maintenance vehicles.  This position is located in the Regina Division Office Bus Shop.

The preferred candidate will:
Be a Journeyman Mechanic (Automotive, Medium Duty or Heavy Duty).  Consideration will be given to a Level 3 or 4 Apprentice.
have a valid drivers licence
work well with other technicians in the shop and with bus drivers
be very conscientious of the quality of work
