Join us as Maintenance Team Leader


JOB PURPOSE:

The Maintenance Team Leader contributes to the long-term security, reliability and stability of building and manufacturing systems within Doepker Industries Ltd. by providing leadership, technical guidance and supervision to Maintenance Department employees within the branch, and completing functions as a journey person at all branches as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

    Journeyperson status in Saskatchewan as electrician is required.  

    Minimum one year recent experience in a leadership role is required.

    Experience in Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems and Lean Manufacturing Systems is preferred.

    Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and development is required.
