Overview

Glenwood Auto Service requires a detail orientated individual to act as a Service Advisor in a large independent automotive repair center.

Responsibilities

-handling incoming phone calls
-greeting customers in a friendly manner
-assessing customer requirements
-coordinating customers service appointments
-leasing with customers to relay service progress
-coordinating the purchase and logistics of automotive parts, labor, tires, etc.
-operating point of sales equipment
-providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

1-3 years experience in an independent automotive repair center/dealership or tire center

***Would consider someone without experience who is positive, outgoing, friendly, and customer service oriented.

Excellent customer service
