- To provide leadership, training &
support & supervise to the sales team.
- Increase Companys revenues & client
base.
- Implement firm wide sales strategies
and developing tactics related to local
competitive situation.
- Update process related to insurance
policies and ensure excellent delivery
of services.
- Motivate & train the sales team for
selling insurance products by giving
product knowledge.
- Monitor customer preferences to
determine focus of sales efforts.
- Oversee regional and local sales
managers and their staffs.
- Plan and direct staffing, training,
and performance evaluations to develop
and control sales.
- Initiate market research, analyze &
accordingly evaluate sales/marketing
strategies.
- Plan, develop and implement
advertising campaigns to promote sales.
- Recruit sales staff and control
expenses to meet budget guidelines
