The Southwest Booster, part of TC Media, is seeking an energetic and dedicated professional to join our team as Distribution Office Assistant

Reporting to the Circulation Manager, the Coordinator Logistics completes a variety of circulation, accounting, and general office duties.

Responsibilities:

-Commitment to provide quality customer service
-Reception duties and customer service
-Recruiting carriers and carrier payroll
-Data entry
-Proofreading and filing

Qualifications:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Basic bookkeeping skills preferred
-Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel and Word
-Ability to meet deadlines
-Excellent organizational skills
