The successful candidate will be responsible for leading IT projects involving product planning, marketing, development and management systems and teams.
Responsibilities:
Completes assigned projects on time, on budget and on scope
Ability to estimate project timelines and critical paths to effectively track and report on the project status including schedule, costs and overall solution
Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including executives, customers and vendors
Works as a team lead with senior staff on large, complex technical projects.
Analyzes complex problems, develops and implements solutions, and makes decisions that significantly impact project(s)
Organize and lead project teams to successful launch/release of new or updated products as well as provide status reports and documentation on projects and timelines
Participate in all aspects of project management with direction from the Product Manager as well as other managers as assigned/required
Requirements:
Excellent communication, problem solving, planning, and organization skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
Desirable:
Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Understanding of SDLC, ITIL or other development lifecycles
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures
Strong technical and analytical skills
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
4-6 years experience required
minimum of 3 years similar experience
strong understanding of relational databases required
