Inside Sales (Seasonal)

Expocrete, a Oldcastle Company. is currently seeking a Inside Sales representative at our extremely busy front order desk.


Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist customers in a pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable manner
- Product sales of a wide variety of concrete products including concrete blocks, paving stones, retaining walls, septic tanks,  barriers.
- Process orders using our computerized system
- Answering telephones

Abilities and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be self motivated and organized with superior problem-solving, team-building and multi-tasking skills
- Strong computer skills, experience with order entry software would be an asset
- Concrete products or construction industry experience an asset
- Accounting skills an asset
- Office administration experience an asset
