Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Administrator for one of clients.

Responsibilities:

-Quotation Support
-Ensure order data is accurately posted into SAP  in a timely manner
-Maintain orders up to date pricing currency taxes costing delivery dates
-Review customer Purchase Orders and validate against quotations prior to issuing Order Acknowledgements
-Follow up with vendors directly if invoices have not been received to apply against Goods Receipts
Perform analysis of Open Order Aging WIP according to outlined scheduled
-Create/modify vendor master as per set processes for Regina location
-Create POs internal and 3rd party for Regina location
-Audit material inventory to ensure availability of materials
-Process purchases via Amex/Visa as required
-Review packing slips and perform GRs and/or provide documentation for individuals assigned to per perform GRs for Regina location
-Perform accounting administrative and clerical tasks requiring basic knowledge of accounting processes and methods in one or more of the following areas: payroll, accounts payable, purchasing, accounts receivables and other related accounting areas
Qualifications:

HS diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years of vocational/technical training or an associates degree
Previous experience in Purchasing Administration will be considered a strong asset
5 years of successful experience in areas of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities
Accomplished in implementing practical procedures or systems which are moderately complex and/or specialized skills which require some technical knowledge usually non- theoretical to apply
Demonstrate thorough advanced knowledge of a specialty area and of tasks and responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Ability for good communications and influence
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and SAP, an asset
