The Lac La Ronge Indian Band, Lands and Resources Department is inviting applications for a term position:
Consultation Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Developing and tracking quarterly budgets;
- Clerical duties including: taking meeting minutes, faxing, filing and office management;
- Answering and directing phone calls;
- Organizing and assisting meetings, arranging travel and accommodations;
- Tracking supplies and maintenance of office equipment;
- Research and computer skills;
- Experience in Word, Excel and Explorer;
- Additional duties as assigned by the Consultation Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 diploma or ABE equivalent;
- Office administration or clerical training;
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Assets:
- Ability to speak in the Cree Language;
- Ability to travel;
- Flexible working hours if required;
- Highly motivated;
- Professionalism.
The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Community Consultation Coordinator.
