Description

Positions include: manager, bartenders, servers & cook. Part-time, casual and full-time work available. Flexible hours.

$12/hour. Manager starting at $14/hour with wage increase to $15/hr after 6 months.  Plus great tips! Employees working over 20hrs/week eligible for benefits package.  Mileage negotiable. Living arrangements available to out-of-town employees.

Daily duties include but not limited to: food & bar prep, serving meals & drinks, run cash register, kitchen and bar area clean-up and balancing cash out.  Managers duties also include but not limited to: food and liquor inventory, scheduling and overseeing staff.

Applicants under 19 years of age would be able to work in the kitchen only and not permitted to serve or clear tables of alcoholic beverages.

Located near the BHP Billition Jansen Mine site.

Food and Beverage Serving Skills
 - Advise on menu selections
 - Serve food and beverages, general plate service
 - Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
 - Describe menu items including daily specials for customers

 - Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
 - Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
