Description

The Residential Program Administrator provides administrative support to the Clinical Director and Residential program, contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of the program, and supports the work of management. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be results oriented and have the demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
    Be open and available to deliver psycho-educational support, information, and referral services  
    To promote and participate in effective communication with Directors, Administration, coworkers, clients,
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
    Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents
    Develop and maintain well organized filing system
    Compile data regarding the residential program and distribute to appropriate managers.
    Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
    Maintain electronic copies of program material to be used in client binders.
    Prepare client schedules and provide binders for new program clients
    Maintain counselor assignments spreadsheet.
    Create and maintain electronic and paper files of lecture and assignment handouts.
    Create, monitor and reconcile attendance sheets reporting absences to primary counselor and program coordinator.
    Administrative support that includes tracking and reporting supervision provided by the Clinical Director.  
    Create packages for clients leaving TRC.
    Create client binders for all clients in the residential program
    Assist in the production of intensive and family program materials.
