- Arrange appointments with Subscribers and/or their caregivers.
- Explain and Install the Lifeline service to Subscriber.
- Assist the Subscriber to feel comfortable using their equipment at the time of installation.
- Complete all appropriate paperwork, review for accuracy and send to Lifeline.
- Perform demonstrations, as needed.
- Perform service calls, as needed.
- Fulfilling Philips Lifeline marketing materials such as referral kits, brochures, coupons, surveys, posters, etc.
- Other related tasks.
Requirements:
Education: College Diploma
Experience required: Job related work experience

- Must posses a professional, caring and understanding demeanour toward seniors
- A flexible schedule is also necessary
- Must exhibit a high standard of personal appearance and dependability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain business relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and implementation skills
- A self-starter who is most effective when working independently and is motivated by being well-rewarded for outstanding performance.
- Computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Individual who likes to make an impact on peoples lives
- Driver's license and access to a car
Seeking a self-starter /self-motivated individual with flexibility and adaptability who can educate subscribers and/or caregivers of the benefits and features of Lifeline Services. Must be able to install Lifeline equipment in homes as per instruction manual.
