Description

Duties/Skill Requirements:
- Repair, upgrade/optimize PC and Laptop
- Set up/install wi-fi, LAN and file sharing
- Setup up Office/Home networking (should have knowledge: TCP/IP, routers, switches).
- Internet skills including browsers, e-mail, anti-virus.
- Computer repair and troubleshooting skills.  
- Knowledge of Windows 2000, XP and Windows 7.
- Install, maintain and repair electronic equipment.
- Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports, Prepare cost estimates.
- Install/Repair Internet, Phone and TV, Dish TV Cabling

Work Location Information: In shop, On-site customer service

Other Information: Microsoft Certified Professional & A+ qualification preferred. Knowledge of active directory and domains, Windows Server 2003 and Exchange Server. Troubleshoot Windows XP and 7, network issues.
