Description

Willow Cree Health Services Corp. is seeking a Temporary Part-time Home and Community Care Nurse-Registered Nurse. Approximately 2-3 times a week.
Qualifications/Experience:
-Must be a Register Nurse
-Current license to practice and in good standing with Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association
-Experience in Home Care field an asset
-Must work well in a team environment and with minimal supervision
-Demonstrated ability in public relations and interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and oral communication
-Excellent organizational skills
-Experience working in a First Nations Community is an asset
-Knowledge of the First Nation culture is an asset
-Ability to speak Cree is an asset

Duties:
-Providing direct alternative care
-Providing case management services
-Work cooperatively with team
-Accountable for reporting, recording, working within program guidelines and managing workload
