Description

Business growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Senior Communications Consultant, Marketing & Communications with our client, Greystone Managed Investments, at their Regina Head office.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications, you will provide expert communications advice and direction, in line with the firm's corporate goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Director with writing/editing internal and external communications, as well as quarter-end reporting activities.
- Provide editorial assistance to the lines of business in developing new product information.
- Prepare communication materials for a wide variety of mediums.
- Support key internal business partners to ensure all marketing and communications materials meet internal/external disclosure standards and compliance approvals.
- Participate as a communications resource in corporate-wide projects.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Relevant Diploma/Degree and 5-7 years experience in writing and/or editing internal and external communications.
- Skilled in financial communications writing, editing and proofreading. Superior writing skills essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to be articulate and persuasive in communicating ideas verbally and in writing.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.  Must be able to use initiative to complete projects and prioritize duties and workload efficiently
- Ability to work in a multi-task and multi-deadline environment with strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality when working with confidential material and subject matter.
