The Receptionist is responsible for assisting the management staff with various functional areas that require planning, coordinating and organization. You will provide an engaging and welcoming presence to visitors, general public and internal employees, you will also be in charge of incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining an adequate inventory count of office supplies and coordinating and organizing the use of company vehicles

Who are you?
-     Experience as an Administrative Assistant is a must
-    Preference will be given to candidates with an Office Education or Business Administration Certificate
-    Must be courteous and professional
-    Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
