Working Conditions: 2 - 3 days per week including some provincial travel
Under the supervision of the Director of Student Success, the Educational Psychologist will develop and implement assessments of students using observation, interviews, test materials and other applicable resources in order to establish learning plans. The incumbent will offer a wide range of appropriate interventions, and work closely with the faculty and academic coordinators by providing guidance in a variety of areas including teaching strategies, instructional skills development, creating inclusive learning environments, assessments and evaluation. In addition to providing in-service training for faculty staff on issues such as behavior and stress management, the Educational Psychologist will work in consultation with internal and external resources regarding educational resources, accommodations and adaptations.

Required QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
A Masters degree in Educational Psychology, specializing in Assessment, coupled with a minimum of five years of practical experience, as well as two years experience working with a wide range of active learning-centered teaching and learning methods. Expertise in both development, delivery of assessment and evaluation, as well as varied pedagogies, drawing from the field of adult education; experience with intervention and counseling in numerous areas of disability.
