We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will assist in the administrative component of our customers in store & after sales experience for our store in Swift Current located at 145 2nd Ave NW. This position will be for 4-12 hours a week.
Position overview:
- Ensures excellent customer relations by responding to customer needs consistent with
company standards, culture and business practices.
- Ensures efficiency and accuracy in relation to:
-customer orientation
-customer inquires (in person/on phone)
-cash and financial management
- Always keeps the customers' best interests in mind.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience in customer service environment.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products.
- Able to work retail hours (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
Skills required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle difficult and/or intense situations diplomatically and professionally
