Wages:  $15/ hour
Working Hours: 30-36hr/wk

Responsibilities and duties
Handling guest, customer and employee complaints
Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and overseeing training and developing of staff
Supervising all staff members
Coordinating the scheduling of staff member and room bookings as required
Facilitating guest departures by providing accurate statement and ensuring guest satisfaction
Ordering supplies and equipment when needed in order to achieve efficiency
Responding to any guest or employee concerns by investigating the issue9s) and creatively resolving the situation
