Confined space hole watches to monitor the worker access, presence, and egress into a newly assembled and enclosed tank/vessel. Duties would include logging in and out personnel to the confined space, monitoring the workers while in the confines space, notifying supervision of any problems, and monitoring the air quality in the confined space. Previous confined space training and confined space hole watch training a plus.
