Our Receptionist must be polite, enthusiastic, well spoken and maintain a neat personal appearance.  This position works closely with everyone. Being a proactive team player is essential.

General duties include but are not limited to:
1. Effectively managing a multi-line IP-based phone system (answer, screen & forward telephone calls, taking & relaying messages)
2. Customer service in person & on the phone (greet, assess needs & direct to the appropriate department areas.)
3. Managing Files, e.g. creating, updating, filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning & shredding and data entry.
4. Office supply room maintenance.
5. Taking payments by phone or in person.
6.  Other duties as outlined by management.
