CFM Air Equipment is a full solutions compressor house established 50 years ago in Calgary, Alberta. CFM Air markets compressors, pumps, blowers, dryers, replacement parts, instrument air skid packages, air end rebuilds, equipment rentals and provides 24/7 service on all makes of compressors, air equipment and dryers. CFM Air distributes the full line of Kaeser compressors and blowers. In addition, CFM Air has access to other lines of reciprocating, oil free and portable compressors.
CFM Air established a sales/service office in West St Paul, Manitoba in 2009 and is expanding into Saskatchewan. We will be opening a sales/service office in Regina in December 2014 some 2,0000 square feet and have a requirement for a Service Technician.
The prospective candidate must:
Be a self starter
Be able to work on his own with support from Calgary
Possess a valid driver's license
Be able to travel as required
Be able to call on new/current customers
Be on call to provide 24/7 service
Be able to use a laptop (knowledge of Word and Excel)
Have some knowledge of inventory management
Have at least 5 of experience in the compressor or related industry
Be able to diagnose/service reciprocating compressors, rotary screw compressors, refrigerated dryers, regenerative dryers and filtration (product specific training provided)
Install compressed air pipe systems
Have a basic electrical knowledge
Be able to maintain detailed time sheets, work orders and paperwork.
