TYPE: Permanent Part Time

HOURS OF WORK: In a 6 week rotation: 12 shifts of 8.00 hours
SALARY or PAY BAND: $38.080 to $47.490 (6 Step Range)
JOB SUMMARY:
As part of the Primary Health Care Program this position works in the area of Chronic Disease Management in an outpatient setting in Lloydminster. One of the following is required 1) Cardiac Educator Certificate or diploma through a recognized Canadian College 2) Pulmonary Educator national certification exam or 3) Certified Diabetes Educator through the Canadian Diabetes Educators Certification Board. Experience in teaching clients with Chronic Disease is required. Candidates willing to obtain the required qualifications within 18 months will be considered.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Current CPR Certification
Registered or Eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)

Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
