Description

Capital FORD LINCOLN in Regina is currently looking for a fun, informative, respectful and dynamic professional to join our team.

Our Receptionists are responsible for welcoming, greeting and assisting customer entering the dealership, answering and routing incoming calls, taking thorough messages and providing basic information. Our receptionists also provide administrative and clerical support.

Responsibilities:
General phone duties.
Tracking of vehicles that are out for service work.
Ordering supplies for the business.
Generating vehicle files, key tags, and vehicle tags on new inventory.
General Administration duties.
Generating fuel chits.
Taking payments
Tracking employee work days, days off and sick days
Weekly update of dirty vehicle list for lot attendant.
Completing purchase orders to ensure prompt payment
