Description

Require a mature and well experienced person capable of multi tasking.  

This job entails determining and capturing products sales from outside the organization as well as managing existing accounts while inside. It involves taking orders from existing customers and securing prospective new customers through telephonic conversation and/or personal visit. A key requirement is to be able to grow the business and develop and manage a group of sales people. A good understanding of manufacturing and a firm grasp of all sales functions is imperative.

Duties and Responsibilities
    Scheduling meetings with clients to be able to review product requirements and to determine other opportunities.
    Liaising between the organization and customers with up-to-date pricing, general assistance, product enhancements and the latest product launches.
    Generating and developing new business accounts through regular contact and trade shows.
    Continuously updating all customers on product modifications, changes, and improvements.
    Searching the market place for new opportunities and new products to manufacture.
    Maintaining professionalism while representing the organization.
    Providing item quotes to clients as needed.
    Costing out new products.
    Assist with production planning, scheduling and organization.

Skills and Specifications

    Capable of preserving private or sensitive details.
    Effective efficient time control planning, organization and multi-tasking abilities.
    Very strong communication abilities
    Very good team player and should work well under pressure.
    Be open to future promotion.

Education and Qualifications

    5-10 years of relevant business and sales experience
