We are seeking motivated individuals to work
part at the Front Desk. Must be able to
work independently and be available all evenings and weekends.
Previous Front Desk or similar experience is preferred but we are willing to train to right candidate.
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
-Checking in guests
-Checking out guests
-Cleaning lobby area
-Creating Reservations
-Assisting guests

Specific Skills
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Store and retrieve luggage
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process telephone calls
- Process wake-up calls
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Arrange services required for guests with special needs
- Work with minimal supervision
- Customer service oriented
- Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Provide information about services available in the community
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
