URS Virden has an immediate opening for a Job Cost Administrator. Duties include:
Accurate and timely collection, entry and verification of timesheets
Accurate and timely issuing, processing and receiving of Purchase Orders
Creating accurate Field Activity Confirmations (FAC's), ready for client approval
Creating accurate and timely invoices in accordance with contract requirements
Support in the P card reconciliation process
Maintaining of job files
Responsibility Area - Other Duties
Performing daily administrative and job cost tasks within the Operations Centre in accordance with standard URS policies and procedures
May be required to perform other duties as assigned not otherwise captured in this position description
Job Requirements:

1 - 3 years relevant work experience in all phases of job set-up for a large industrial corporation, using a computerized information system, preferably JD Edwards.
Minimum Formal Education Required: High School Diploma Preferred certificate or diploma in office or business administration.
