Description

Our Estevan office has an opportunity for a self-motivated, well-organized, and energetic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As the successful candidate you will provide day-to-day administrative support for our team. In this role the successful candidate will assist with a wide range of responsibilities. As a key member of the administrative team you will be expected to:
    Greet and direct clients
    Answer the telephone, screen and route calls and maintain a log of inquiries
    Update and maintain filing systems, records and other documentations
    Perform a variety of computer related tasks
    Coordinate meetings and reservations
    Order, stock and distribute office supplies
    Perform other related administrative duties as required

To be considered, you must have a minimum of one year experience in an administrative and/or customer service role.  Successful completion of a business or office administrative program is an asset. A combination of experience and education will be considered. You must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

    Excellent interpersonal skills
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Intermediate knowledge with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
    Strong organizational and coordinating skills
    Detail orientated with the ability to multitask
    Ability to create, compose and edit written material
    Knowledge of office filing procedures and systems is an asset
    Willingness to learn and take initiative is essential
