Casual/Temp Admin
We are currently screening for reliable and responsible individuals for Casual/Temp Admin Positions in Lloydminster. This would be to fill temporary positions we have coming up during the Christmas season with wages of $15 - $18/hour.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Answering the phone
Email, fax, scanning and filing
Booking appointments
Greeting clients
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Assist in all areas of the office where needed
Keep office tidy and clean
Ideal Candidate would be;
Able to work as a team
Fast learner
Have excellent phone etiquette
Willing to learn new things
Polite and courteous
Willing to stay late or work overtime if needed
Friendly, warm and approachable
Able to operate fax and photocopiers
Detail oriented
Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
