Facility: Regional Office - Weyburn Employee Health & Support Services
Hours of work: 22.50 hours per 1 week rotation
Job Summary:
The Attendance Support Coordinator supports Sun Country Health Region directors and managers in their duties related to the Attendance Support program. This includes providing support and guidance to managers, monitoring employees as they enter and proceed through the program, preparing/distributing letters and reports and participating in attendance meetings. These functions must be consistent with collective agreements and the mission statement, philosophy, goals and objectives of the Sun Country Health Region.
Experience:
Three (3) or more years Human Resources experience including administering collective agreements, policies and procedures. Experience with payroll systems is an asset.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office products, Publisher, database software, e-mail and internet
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Expert knowledge of computer operations including common business software applications
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Access to a reliable vehicle as travel is required
* A related degree or diploma is an asset.
