Description

Field Duties:
Ensure that company safety program and guidelines are readily followed and enforced on all job sites.
Work with Safety Officer to continue the development of company policies on safety and enforcement of same.
Conduct site safety and quality audits daily (Hazard Assessments, Fall Protection Plans, Quality Inspections, etc.)
Focus on safety, service and quality as it pertains to clients, field personnel and related production.
Hold kickoff meetings with foremen and site personnel.
Schedule crews on a daily basis, liaising with Clients, Project Managers.
Ensure that field production work conforms to contractual requirements.
Confirm with field personnel that daily documented fire watches are performed; job sites secured and water tight.
Provide District Manager with daily status updates of field production, site conditions, meetings, safety etc.
Immediately respond to and report on injury and property damage incidents to Safety Officer District Managers.
Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to and from site.
Ensure that manufacturer, CRCA and Consultant/Architect specifications are adhered to and good roofing practices are followed.
Review client site requests ensuring that all work outside of contractual obligations does not proceed until approved Change Order or Signed Time and Material Daily Extra Work Record is received.
Review roof consultant reports and implement recommendations.
Review project deficiencies, punch list items and completion of same.
Hold hand-off meetings.
Be on call for emergency response.
Experience
Minimum 5-years experience in supervision and installation of Commercial Roofing Systems, good communication skills
