Job Description
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the providing a high level of service to our customers in a wide range of services that we offer. They are responsible for the day to day operations in the branch and report to the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities
o Greet customers, identify their financial needs
o Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
o Provide information about services and policies to customers
o Take and process loan applications
o Grant and process loans
o Cash Cheques
o Make outbound collection calls on outstanding files
o Know how to open and close the branch

Qualifications
o Experience in a customer service environment
o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
o Completion of high school diploma
o Strength as a team player and an ability to work independently
o Collections experience would be considered an asset

o Building customer relationships
o Attention to detail and problem solving
o Self-motivation and direction
o Aptitude for selling products
o Strong cash handling ability

Wage
o Salary commensurate with experience
