FACT Computers is growing! We're looking for bright energetic technicians to join our team.
Position Summary:
With a team of approximately 25 staff backing you, we need a Tier 2 technician. Opportunity to grow into senior roles including Tier 3 technicians, sales and management positions.
The candidate we're looking for:
- has a valid driver's license
- is able to work with little assistance on the majority of customer issues ranging from print to Mac and PC to networking to servers
- is willing and able to obtain training and certifications
- is looking for a 5+ year technical career with an established IT company
- is looking to learn to grow into a tier 3 technical, senior sales, or management position
