The Moose Jaw Housing Authority is currently hiring a permanent fulltime Administration Clerk.
Education/Experience:
Office Education certification plus one (1) year experience in an administration or office setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated abilities:
-accustomed to office routine, procedures and equipment;
-knowledgeable and comfortable using computerized software programs, such as: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Internet applications;
-perform calculations required for successful job performance;
-possess well-developed organizational skills;
-multi-tasking in an active business office environment;
-knowledge and/or experience in working with seniors and/or typical tenants;
-work effectively in a team-based environment.
