The Prince Albert Daily Herald is seeking a motivated and sales focused leader to join our team as Sales Manager. With products like Rural Roots, The Prince Albert Daily Herald and numerous associated TC Media digital products, you do not want to pass up this opportunity.

As Sales Manager, you will:
-Develop, lead, motivate a sales force dedicated to superior client focus
-Lead by example to build solid client relationships, drive sales and promote best practices
-Embody Respect and teamwork
-Manage employee performance through ongoing coaching, mentoring and training
-Provide support in development of annual strategic operating plans, establish sales targets, and prepare sales reports
-Develop new products and revenue initiatives in a competitive environment
-Work collaboratively with Saskatchewan Management team
-Analyze and forecast current and future sales patterns
-Generate new business opportunities
Your Qualifications:
-Minimum five (5) years prior sales management experience
-Proven leadership in achieving sales, including developing new business
-Experience within the Media industry considered an asset
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills
-Working knowledge of online and social media advertising
-Effective coaching skills
-Able to work in a high volume environment
-Excels in managing numerous tasks
-Experience in sales forecasting
-Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office
