Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking an individual to fill the position of Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis at the companys Head Office in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Controller, the Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis is responsible for handling daily accounting issues; assisting in day-to-day management of the Finance Department; completion and review of month-end financial statements; managing the monthly and annual financial reporting and budgeting processes; documenting of processes and procedures; managing the account reconciliation process; and overseeing various projects within the Finance Department.

This position requires a take-charge individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, taking initiative, forward thinking and the ability to multi-task are essential attributes for this role.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, and have a professional accounting designation.
