Description

Our client, a privately held manufacturing company founded over two decades ago has impressive business and hundreds of employees in multiple locations. At this time, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Regina, Saskatchewan to oversee their operations and success.

The Branch Manager shall be responsible for the preservation of a successful rate of return and shall direct and manage all branch activities in order to achieve specific goals and targets. Serving customers and clients to the highest standards is key for this organization.

The Role:

Provide overall leadership to the branch team ensuring the effective operation in all aspects of the functions of the branch
Ensure the branch is a safe place for the employees to work and for the customers to shop
Work with the Head Office team to sets goals, targets, price points, provide feedback ensuring the overall success of the company
Manage the branch team in their daily operations to provide superior quality in sales and service and attempting to give the customer an excellent experience every day
Provide the necessary training for each position at the branch to develop and strengthen the attitude, the skills, advancement and success of the team
Be an advocate for the customer to the company
Conduct annual performance evaluations of his or her team and encourage them to do better in the branch
Ensure the growth of the branch and is committed to upholding the reputation and expansion of the company

The Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five to seven years of related experience and/or training
Knowledge of MS Office suite and e-mail software
