POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Development Centre Representative is responsible for proactively cultivating relationships with potential and existing client base by making contact and explaining products and services. This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualifying prospects from lead status to the sales pipeline.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound calls through warm leads generated by the marketing department and actively maintaining lead activity/generation.
Take inbound calls for inquiry and convert to appointments.
Use of strong influencing skills to set up quality appointments.
Log, track and maintain customer contact records.
Maintain updated on company products and services to effectively convey options and maintain credibility.
