Description

The church office administrator will provide administrative and secretarial services to the minister and the church council as needed.  The job requires good computer skills in preparing documents, forms, certificates, spreadsheets and power point presentations used in worship, special services, statistics and communications with members and renters.  The office administrator is also the receptionist requiring welcoming and effective communication skills both on the phone and with all who enter the building.  The office manager is responsible to maintain the building use calendar with church events and with the many renters.  Strong organizational skills are required.  The ability to work independently is also required.  The office manager will work with the minister and all staff but particularly the head engineer in coordinating building use.
