Description

We are searching for a receptionist who will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for clients, this receptionist must be able to multi-task by greeting clients, answering up to 16 phone lines, process transactions, update client information, sort and distribute the mail while supporting department needs.  Our client is looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This receptionist must be able to work independently with limited or no supervision at times.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to type 45+ WPM
Salary starting at $14/hr.
