Description

Wanted reliable, professional part time assistant to help Financial Planner and Mortgage Broker with email, faxes and photocopying. Input financial data with accuracy and follow up to ensure completed on a timely basis. Review, sort, prepare and scan documents. Managing and communicating confidential information. Good problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask. Need a willingness to learn including computer based training and be organized. Computer skills essential. Ability to follow written directions. Financial background preferred however not mandatory. No vacation time during January and February. Permanent part time for 3 mornings or afternoons a week with 3 hours per day between hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Actual work hours and starting date to be decided with successful candidate. Application deadline December 8. No phone calls or office visits. Suitable candidates will be contacted for interview. Please advise in cover letter or resume why you desire part time hours.
