One of our top clients is looking for an excellent Administrative Assistant in Regina. This individuals duties will include but is not limited to:
- Issuing purchase orders
- Filing
- Update required systems (LMP, and Share point)
- Update and file pre and post trip forms,
- Typing of documents,
- Other general office/clerical duties as required.
Candidates MUST have strong MS word and excel skills, exceptional typing skills, and be detail oriented. SAP skills is a must. This job requires wearing CSA approved shoes (steel toed boots). Jeans are also allowed.
Hours of work are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F
Must have own transportation as business is outside city of Regina limits at GTH.
