We are looking to recruit a qualified Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a growing Financial Services company.

In this role, you will:
- Write and prepare letters, memos and correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain filing system.
- Maintain internal lists, spreadsheets and databases.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer/respond to client and company emails and faxes.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Process high volumes of paper work.
Experience & Education:
- Grade 12 education.
- Related training in investments is a definite asset.
- 3+ years of experience within the financial sector.
