Description

West Canadian Development Corp. is one of the rising leaders in
the home building industry and is associated with large
construction projects throughout Saskatoon and area. Our office
is soon to be located in Vanscoy, SK.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who will act as our
first line of contact for our employees, clients, suppliers,
trades and guests.

The successful candidate will be involved with:
-answering the phone lines and redirecting calls as appropriate
-taking messages when required and ensuring those messages are
delivered properly
-ensure common areas are kept organized
-ordering and stocking generic office materials and supplies
-provide general support to employees(photocopying, faxing,
data entry)
-be responsible for all outgoing and incoming mail and courier
packages
-assist with paperwork as required
-booking and setting up boardroom meetings
-other related duties as assigned

Qualifications we are looking for include:
-a high school diploma, post secondary education will be a
valuable asset
-1-2 years of experience in an office setting
-proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-familiarity in construction processes would be a great asset
-good organizational and multi tasking skills
-experience with writing business correspondence is a huge asset
-strong written and verbal communication skills in English
-outstanding customer service attitude
-communicating effectively with customers and suppliers
-valid Class 5 driver's license

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience
will be considered.

This full time position includes a competitive salary and full
